We are currently seeking a BI Developer/Data Analyst.
Relatio is the largest tech EdTech company in the niche of improving romantic relationships. Our app assists users worldwide in fostering harmonious and healthy relationships with their partners through self-development. As part of our Growth function, we are actively developing R&D directions in related themes.

Key Challenges:
You will be a driving force in the development of BI and data analytics within the company:
— Responsible for creating and enhancing key analytical solutions—from data preparation to swift and clear visualizations for the business;
— Build from scratch or significantly update dashboards in contemporary BI systems, ensuring their performance, stability, and transparency for end-users;
— Work with analytical data models, calculations, and metrics, advancing the approach to modeling and analytical architecture overall;
— Identify and resolve performance issues in visualizations, analytical models, and data source queries;
— Participate in data source management and ETL processes, identifying quality issues and data refreshes, while proposing optimal technical solutions.
What We Value:
— Experience in dashboard development using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalents);
— Understanding of analytical modeling principles, business metrics, and KPIs;
— Strong SQL skills: complex joins, aggregates, window functions;
— Knowledge of DWH and ETL process principles;
— Ability to identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks in analytical systems;
— Experience in query and database optimization (indexes, partitioning, columnstore, or equivalents).
