In this rewarding role, you will engage one-on-one with children, executing tailored behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will employ evidence-based practices to enhance communication, social skills, and daily living abilities while effectively managing challenging behaviors.

Essential qualities include patience, compassion, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment. Comprehensive training will be provided, ensuring you feel prepared to make a difference, even if you don’t have prior experience. Given the nature of this work, physical agility is important; you should be comfortable with various movements, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
