- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages while ensuring a courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service that aligns with our Performance Standards.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of all menu beverage items and demonstrate the ability to recommend drink combinations and upsell alternatives effectively.
- Adhere to the correct sequence of service as outlined in the Standard Operating Manual.
- Maintain maximum cleanliness and proper table settings by regularly checking all tables and trays.
- Respond to guest inquiries with courtesy and efficiency; escalate guest complaints or issues to the Head Bartender or Beverage Manager when necessary, ensuring follow-up with guests.
- Build rapport with guests to foster strong customer relationships.
- Assess when a customer at the bar has overconsumed alcohol and communicate with the Head Bartender or Beverage Manager for appropriate action.
- Execute opening and closing procedures as assigned for the workplace.
- Manage bar stock and supplies, updating the manager on ordering needs.
- Adapt to various roles within the Food & Beverage Division or other departments as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations, following HACCP standards and procedures.
- Always report for duty punctually and in the correct uniform.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
- Project a positive, motivated attitude and demonstrate self-control.
- Participate in all relevant training programs provided by the company.
- Attend weekly department meetings and contribute relevant points for discussion.
