What you’ll do
As a Banking Specialist on our newly established Banking Team, you'll collaborate directly with Founders, Co-Founders, C-Suite Executives, VPs of Finance, and Controllers to generate new revenue by optimizing their use of our suite of business account products. As a key member of the team, you'll work closely with our customers to upsell our checking, treasury, and sweep products, significantly contributing to Brex’s overall growth by increasing total assets under management (AUM).
Your role will involve engaging with a diverse range of companies, from emerging startups to large mid-market and enterprise clients.
Where you'll work
This position is based in our San Francisco or New York City office. We operate in a hybrid work environment that blends the energy and networking opportunities of in-office work with the flexibility of remote work. Currently, we require a minimum of two coordinated days in the office per week, specifically on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Starting February 2, 2026, this will increase to three days—Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Additionally, we offer up to four weeks of fully remote work each year!
