Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a dedicated Backend Software Engineer who specializes in systems architecture, data modeling, and large-scale workflow orchestration. In this pivotal role, you will architect and implement features across our backend services and infrastructure, delivering significant value to our customers. Your responsibilities will include designing and optimizing data schemas, developing resilient backend services, and ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems.
You will spearhead initiatives focused on high-volume workflow automation, emphasizing the creation and optimization of scalable data processing and machine learning infrastructure. This encompasses the design and maintenance of complex workflows that harness ML for automation, alongside performance optimization efforts to guarantee scalability and reliability throughout the stack.
Collaboration is essential in this role. You will work closely with our sales and customer experience teams to incorporate valuable customer feedback, and partner with engineering colleagues to bring robust solutions to life. We are seeking someone who embodies a founder's mindset, excels in systems-wide thinking, and proactively drives projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with backend architecture, event-driven systems, and orchestration frameworks, showcasing a proven history of developing production-ready systems. You will play a crucial role in shaping the technical foundation of our platform, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and adaptability as we continue to grow.
