About the RoleJoin Clarify as a pioneering Frontend Engineer, where you'll be instrumental in developing user interfaces that make AI an integral part of sales teams' workflows. Your expertise will help shape interactive features powered by large language models (LLMs), including conversational search, data enrichment, actionable insights, and workflow automation. Collaborating closely with the founders, you will influence how AI integrates into our product and establish a robust foundation for our frontend architecture.What You Will DoDevelop user interfaces that foster trust in AI technologies.Design and architect frontend systems that enhance team efficiency and product quality.Define API contracts and data patterns to facilitate collaboration across teams.Set performance benchmarks for AI-driven, data-intensive interfaces.Create and maintain a component library that the team can leverage.Establish frontend infrastructure, including tooling, testing, and deployment pipelines.Direct architectural decisions regarding state management, data fetching, and routing.Mentor fellow engineers, promote best practices, and assist teams in overcoming obstacles.Your Background5+ years of professional experience in developing production-level web applications.Proficient in the React, TypeScript, and Next.js technology stack.Demonstrated experience in crafting AI-enhanced or real-time user interfaces.Strong understanding of frontend architecture, with a focus on state management, performance, and data handling.Familiarity with complex data structures and APIs.A pragmatic approach to balancing speed and quality in feature delivery.Proficient in shipping features from concept through production, including testing and monitoring.Effective collaboration with designers, engineers, and product stakeholders.Experience in startup environments, comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.Bonus Skills: Experience with data visualization, tables, or command palettes.
