Role overview The Developer Experience Team Lead will build and guide a new team dedicated to improving the engineering environment at ERGO NEXT. This group focuses on the full development lifecycle, not just infrastructure, and aims to make every step of the developer journey more efficient and enjoyable. What you will do Lead and mentor a team of Backend and DevOps engineers. Shape the framework and processes for a new Developer Experience team from the ground up. Collaborate closely with a parallel DevEx team based in Israel to coordinate strategies and share best practices. Drive technical excellence and support the professional growth of team members. Collaboration This position works within Platform Engineering and plays a key role in defining how developers at ERGO NEXT build, test, and ship software.
