Job Title: Back Office Supervisor

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Back Office Supervisor to lead our team and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess robust leadership abilities, excel in reporting, and demonstrate proficiency in client management, particularly with roster and rotational shift management.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team to meet performance goals and adhere to service level agreements (SLAs).
Client Handling: Act as the main liaison for client communications and resolve issues, ensuring high satisfaction rates.
Report Making: Generate and maintain precise reports on team performance, attendance, and key performance indicators (KPIs), presenting insights to management as needed.
Roster Management: Efficiently create and manage team schedules to guarantee optimal shift coverage, especially during rotational shifts.
Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance performance.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement initiatives to boost efficiency and service quality.
Conflict Resolution: Proactively address and resolve team conflicts in a timely manner.
