Rehire is collaborating with a custom software development company that boasts over a decade of experience in the market, specializing in digital solutions including web development, apps, e-commerce, UX/UI design, and cybersecurity. We are seeking a passionate PreSales Representative to enhance their commercial team.
This role focuses entirely on B2B prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and generating high-value meetings for the closing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound B2B prospecting primarily via LinkedIn, email, and direct contact.
Research and qualify prospects (targeting A, AA, and AAA companies).
Execute discovery calls using qualification methodologies (BANT or others).
Schedule qualified meetings for the closing team (goal: 15 meetings per month).
Record and track activities in CRM.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to enhance lead quality.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in PreSales, SDR, or B2B Lead Generation roles.
Experience selling intangible services, preferably in SaaS or technology.
Strong communication, organizational, and self-management skills.
Analytical, persistent, and results-oriented profile.
Basic to intermediate English proficiency is sufficient.
Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools (LinkedIn, Excel, etc.).
Position Details:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CDMX
Work Mode: Hybrid in CDMX (occasional in-person visits).
Base salary plus attractive commissions.
Christmas bonus equivalent to 15 days of salary.
Contract Type: Service Provider.
