Field-Based Position | Uncapped Commission Structure

On-Target Earnings:

  • Year 1: $65,000 - $110,000
  • Year 2: $115,000 - $135,000+
  • Base Salary: $65,000

About the Role:

If you are an ambitious sales professional who thrives in a dynamic field environment, enjoys building lasting business relationships, and is motivated by unlimited earning potential, this position is for you. At Hibu, you will manage a designated territory, engage directly with business owners, and close impactful deals. This is a true sales hunter role characterized by high activity levels and high rewards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of your territory and pursue daily in-person prospecting opportunities
  • Conduct cold calls, door-to-door visits, and develop a robust pipeline with small business owners
  • Facilitate energetic, needs-based consultations to identify genuine business challenges
  • Promote a comprehensive suite of digital marketing solutions, including:
    • Web Design and Development
    • Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Pay-Per-Click (PPC)
    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
    • Social Media Advertising
    • Display Advertising
    • Online Reviews & Reputation Management
  • Deliver persuasive virtual and in-person presentations to secure new clients
  • Build a portfolio of clients that generates residual commissions monthly
  • Nurture long-term client relationships with proactive support and engagement
  • Utilize CRM tools to track your activities and manage your sales pipeline efficiently

Qualifications:
