Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, your primary focus will be on new business development within a designated territory, guiding the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Identify, qualify, and actively pursue new B2B prospects.
- Engage in outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, and in-person activities.
- Lead discovery meetings and presentations to decision-makers.
- Establish rapport, assess client needs, present customized facility solutions, and address objections.
- Close new business deals and transition accounts to operations and account management.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including Top 100 and Hot 25 lists.
- Achieve or exceed sales activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
- Work together with account managers and operations to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Success Metrics
- Consistently meet daily and weekly activity benchmarks.
- Develop and maintain a robust, expanding sales pipeline.
- Close short-cycle B2B sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate coachability, preparedness, and improvement each month.
- Ensure your CRM data is complete and accurate—if it’s not recorded in CRM, it didn’t happen.
