Qualifications3+ years of outside B2B sales experience in a hunter role. Proven history of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong skills in prospecting and territory development. Experience with short-cycle B2B sales closures. Comfortable with activity-based selling, targeting 50+ sales activities daily. Familiarity with CRM systems and disciplined sales processes. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities. A competitive, metrics-driven approach with high ethical standards. Ability to work autonomously while fostering cross-functional collaboration. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Formal sales training (e.g., Sandler, Dale Carnegie) is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you will focus on new business development in your designated territory, overseeing the complete sales process from initial prospecting to closing deals.

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B opportunities proactively.
  • Engage in outbound prospecting using phone, email, and in-person networking.
  • Organize and conduct discovery meetings and presentations with key decision-makers.
  • Establish rapport, uncover client needs, deliver customized solutions, and effectively address objections.
  • Secure new business and transition accounts smoothly to operations and account management.
  • Ensure precise and timely updates in the CRM, including maintaining Top 100 and Hot 25 lists.
  • Achieve or surpass activity, pipeline, and revenue benchmarks consistently.
  • Work in close collaboration with account managers and operational teams to facilitate seamless onboarding.

Performance Metrics for Success

  • You are self-motivated and accountable for daily activity metrics.
  • You maintain a robust pipeline and effectively close short-cycle B2B transactions.
  • You routinely meet or exceed your sales quotas.
  • Your CRM entries are accurate, up-to-date, and comprehensive; if it's not in the CRM, it did not occur.
