Key Responsibilities
Strategic Digital Marketing
Uncover growth opportunities in the travel sector through thorough market analysis. Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at boosting growth, engagement, and revenue. Take ownership of campaign execution from conception to delivery while ensuring adherence to deadlines and objectives. Proactively research and suggest strategic marketing assets and initiatives that align with Project Expedition’s sales objectives.Content Creation & Campaign Execution
Generate high-quality initial drafts of content and marketing materials with minimal revisions. Develop, curate, and oversee content across social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, webinars, training resources, and website updates. Ensure messaging aligns with the specific needs of agencies and overall market demand while maintaining brand consistency.Sales & Growth Alignment
Deliver on team “Sales Goals” initiatives with complete accountability and punctual delivery. Support agency-level growth strategies and foster high-value advisor engagement, including engaging key accounts for webinar participation. Identify opportunities to broaden reach, accelerate revenue, and reinforce advisor relationships.Performance & Optimization
Analyze and enhance open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign performance to surpass industry standards. Ensure timely delivery of all assets related to weekly, monthly, and agency-specific projects. Balance responsibilities across B2B content execution, market research, and targeted outreach efforts.Advisor & Partner Engagement
Oversee communication with travel advisors and partners, ensuring prompt responses and effective relationship management. Address advisor inquiries within 24 hours and manage escalations with urgency. Contribute valuable insights regarding market trends and supply chain dynamics.
