Role overview

This AWS Technical Architect role is fully remote within India, open to candidates based in Bengaluru, Chennai, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Noida, or Pune. The position centers on designing and launching Amazon Connect solutions, guiding customers through cloud adoption, and ensuring successful delivery of AWS and Salesforce projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and implement Amazon Connect solutions to support customer goals.
  • Conduct technology assessments and audits to evaluate ROI and outcomes for migrating to the AWS Connect Platform, with attention to agent experience and productivity.
  • Lead business process reviews to understand customer workflows and needs.
  • Educate customers on AWS capabilities, and participate in architecture discussions to ensure effective cloud deployment.
  • Run discovery sessions, assist customers in developing ROI for projects, and deliver presentations and estimates to support those objectives.
  • Translate customer requirements into contact center designs, applying best practices and relevant AWS services.
  • Oversee and mentor technical teams, providing guidance to deliver Salesforce and AWS Cloud solutions on time, within budget, and at the expected quality.
