We are looking for a skilled AWS Connect Developer with practical experience in designing, building, and maintaining Amazon Connect (CCaaS) contact center solutions within production settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the design, configuration, and ongoing support of the Amazon Connect contact center platform.
Collaborate with business teams to translate operational requirements into effective contact flows, automations, and integrations.
Configure and manage queues, routing profiles, user access, and security settings within Amazon Connect.
Implement and support outbound calling campaigns and customer surveys, ensuring seamless execution.
Maintain performance metrics and generate reports for operational and leadership insights.
Monitor platform stability, identify potential issues early, and enhance reliability and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
Plan and implement system updates with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
Work collaboratively with IT, security, project teams, and business stakeholders to ensure secure and well-managed changes aligned with business priorities.
Adhere to established change management and documentation protocols when operating in production environments.
