Key Responsibilities:Design and develop automated hardware solutions to validate electronic flight systems. Create printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) that interface seamlessly with flight hardware. Conduct thorough reviews of avionics flight hardware to verify robust design-for-test (DFT) principles. Develop Python software to manage bench equipment, devices under test, and other test hardware. Collaborate closely with the design team to provide insightful feedback throughout the qualification and acceptance processes.

As an Avionics Test Hardware Development Engineer at Astranis, you will play a pivotal role in developing, designing, and implementing hardware systems that will rigorously test our flight designs, ensuring they perform optimally throughout their missions in space.
