Roles & Responsibilities:Create interfaces between autonomy software components, hardware modules, and track infrastructure systems. Design, implement, and sustain simulation capabilities and performance metrics. Oversee core onboard functionalities related to fault management, vehicle communication, and high-level data pipelines. Collaborate with the onboard integration team to connect hardware with the autonomy stack. Debug and resolve issues across the stack both onboard and offline. Draft safety-rated requirements and code for the vehicle safety system. Develop tools to enhance the processing of logged data, including visualization. Conduct and support on-track testing of Glydways vehicles. Engage in design reviews, planning, and code evaluations. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering or a related field. Proficiency in C++ and familiarity with the entire autonomy stack. Experience in developing simulation environments and performance metrics.

Meet the Team:

As part of our dynamic Autonomy Team, the Autonomy Integration group plays a pivotal role in the high-level design of our overall system, both online and offline. Comprising C++ specialists well-versed in the complete autonomy stack, we empower other autonomy teams through innovative tooling and design, develop simulation capabilities, maintain core functionalities within the vehicles, enhance vehicle safety systems, and support the testing of Glydways vehicles. Our team collaborates closely with various departments, including hardware and systems teams.
