Essential ResponsibilitiesEnsure adherence to rigorous safety protocols during each shift, fostering a culture of safety that is unquestionable. Implement daily protocols and monitor site performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Develop expertise in promptly collecting, documenting, and communicating feedback on mechanical and vehicle-related issues to the engineering team. Collaborate with engineers and team members to troubleshoot and address escalations that may impact operations negatively. Promote a work environment that values every team member's contributions. Mentor autonomous vehicle operators through quality assessments and ride-alongs when applicable. Continuously monitor the health of vehicles using company observation tools. Ensure all vehicles and AVOs are monitored effectively during operation. Engage with riders as necessary. Thoroughly follow incident response protocols and communicate pertinent details promptly and clearly to the appropriate parties.

Job Summary

As an Autonomous Vehicle (AV) Operations Specialist II, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe and positive experience for our riders, Autonomous Vehicle Operators (AVOs), and clients. Your responsibilities will include coordinating daily logistics and providing support to our Autonomous Vehicles during operation. You will report directly to the Site Operations Manager and be instrumental in helping May Mobility exceed customer satisfaction expectations.
