Required QualificationsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or a related field. Experience in robotics projects is essential. Familiarity with basic control theory, including transient response and steady-state conditions. Proficient in general programming within a Linux environment. Independent thinker with a flexible approach to problem-solving. Preferred QualificationsExperience with the Robot Operating System (ROS). Practical experience in implementing controllers (P, PI, PID, etc.). Exposure to autonomous vehicle systems.

Role Responsibilities

  • Utilize existing tools for calibrating lower-level controllers on the vehicle (Throttle, Brake, Steering).
  • Employ existing tools for calibrating upper-level controllers (Velocity, Brake, Steering).
  • Conduct controller testing on vehicles in both static and dynamic scenarios to validate control calibration.
  • Analyze controller performance to ensure compliance with established requirements.
