Key Responsibilities:
Conduct a comprehensive array of vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance tasks on Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Efficiently assess mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques. Perform routine services, including oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and alignments. Inspect and repair engines, transmissions, air conditioning systems, steering, and suspension. Complete ongoing manufacturer and dealership training to stay updated on the latest Mercedes-Benz vehicle technologies and service standards. Ensure a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Communicate effectively with service advisors to inform customers about repairs and vehicle status. Uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer service at all times.
