Position Overview:
As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will represent our dealership and assist customers in discovering the vehicle that perfectly aligns with their desires. Your responsibilities will encompass guiding clients throughout the sales journey, ensuring exceptional customer service, and upholding the values synonymous with the Mercedes-Benz brand. This position is ideal for a dynamic and personable individual eager to excel in a fast-paced and fulfilling environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers with warmth and professionalism as they enter the showroom.
Understand customers’ requirements and assist them in locating the ideal vehicle.
Provide comprehensive details regarding the features, specifications, and advantages of our Mercedes-Benz models.
Facilitate vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Foster and sustain customer relationships, offering continuous support and follow-up.
Achieve and surpass sales targets established by the dealership.
Stay informed about the latest automotive products and industry trends.
Ensure a seamless vehicle purchasing experience from initial contact to final delivery.
Guide customers through financing options and trade-in assessments.
Maintain the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and customer service in all interactions.
