Key Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED with 3 to 5 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly. Preferred technical training in areas such as soldering, trade school, or on-the-job training (OJT). Ability to interpret technical documents and drawings. Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and proficiency in data entry and internet usage. Effective communication skills in English. Proficient in using standard assembly tools, including cutters, crimpers, soldering irons, pin insertion/removal tools, and torque tools. Hands-on lab experience with tools such as soldering equipment, power supplies, signal generators, and oscilloscopes. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with experience in low-volume manufacturing product development teams. Knowledge of IPC-610, IPC-620, or JSTD-10 standards is a plus.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, innovative, and self-motivated engineering technician to tackle challenges alongside our dedicated team.

In this role, you will collaborate with a high-energy group to ensure the timely completion of projects within our Engineering Lab. Your contributions will support interdisciplinary initiatives, where individual performance is assessed based on quality and adherence to schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow detailed instructions while adhering closely to processes for each project assignment.
  • Assist engineers in developing new products to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
  • Support engineers in creating solutions and alternative assembly techniques to troubleshoot issues.
  • Accurately assemble and test a variety of electronic hardware, progressing from engineering prototypes to short-run production.
  • Act as a Quality Delegate, inspecting the work of fellow technicians within the Engineering Lab.
  • Execute tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Communicate clearly and accurately.
  • Maintain a consistent attendance record and punctuality.
  • Conduct final product testing according to established procedures.
  • Keep your work area and tools organized, clean, and functional.
  • Operate with minimal supervision on routine assignments.
