We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Relationship Manager – Auto Loans to become a vital part of our client's financial services team. This position focuses on overseeing the complete auto loan sales process, fostering strong relationships with both dealerships and customers, and delivering an outstanding client experience throughout the loan lifecycle.
The perfect candidate will possess extensive experience in retail lending, a solid grasp of vehicle financing, and a demonstrated capability to achieve sales objectives through effective relationship management and keen market insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and onboard new clients for auto loan financing via direct sales and partnerships with dealerships.
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with automobile dealerships, brokers, and corporate clients to ensure steady business growth.
- Oversee the loan application process from lead generation to document collection, credit evaluation, and loan disbursement.
- Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets for new loans, renewals, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Adhere to internal credit, KYC, and risk policies, guaranteeing high-quality customer portfolios.
- Analyze competitor activities and provide management with insights on market trends, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and nurture long-term client relationships to foster repeat business.
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Comprehensive knowledge of auto loan products, credit assessment, and documentation procedures.
- Proven sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in Arabic is an advantage).
- Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and digital sales tools.
