About the job

The Audio/Visual Systems Support Technician is responsible for delivering comprehensive technical support to the campus community. Serving as the primary point of contact for audio/visual requirements during campus events, this role is crucial in facilitating effective teaching and learning through the installation and maintenance of various technologies in classrooms, meeting rooms, and large group spaces.
 
Reporting directly to the Manager of User Services, the technician will engage with faculty, staff, and students to provide direct assistance with a wide range of office and educational technologies. This position demands a strong commitment to exceptional customer service, adaptability, and self-direction, alongside excellent communication skills to thrive as a collaborative member of the IT team.
