As we continue to expand our business and client base, we are excited to introduce a new position designed to enhance our operational footprint in the APAC region. This role will focus on ensuring quality in the delivery of professional audio-visual solutions and supporting the ongoing development of our installation standards through mentorship and training for colleagues and partners.

Depending on project scope and requirements, the successful candidate may be required to work either onsite at client locations or from Yorktel-Kinly offices.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-person or remote quality checks based on project location, complexity, and risk.

  • Evaluate offsite rack builds and provisioning, as well as onsite installation efforts to uphold the highest standards throughout each project phase.

  • Examine working practices and site conditions to ensure a safe working environment.

  • Assess the quality of commissioned systems against best practices and project specifications.

  • Provide constructive feedback to our partner management team to foster continuous improvement of our subcontractor network.

  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of Kinly’s project delivery standards.
