This role is a temporary position through our staffing partner, Yoh Enterprise Solutions, and is based onsite in San Diego.

Position Overview

  • Conduct analysis of game audio content and execute testing throughout the PlayStation Studios Audio QA process.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify, diagnose, and report defects.
  • Understand and execute the QA testing processes of PlayStation Studios.
  • Monitor and update the defect tracking database.
  • Provide regular reports on testing status and progress.
  • Communicate directly with audio development teams to grasp audio design intentions.
  • Utilize game engine and audio middleware debug tools such as Wwise for diagnosing and profiling audio issues.
  • Create and execute detailed test cases.
  • Perform onsite testing as necessary.
  • Identify, document, and escalate title risks.
  • Maintain adherence to PlayStation Studios QA performance standards.
