About Logos Space
Logos Space is building a proliferated Low Earth Orbit (pLEO) satellite constellation to deliver reliable, high-performance connectivity for enterprise and government clients worldwide. The Navigation team designs and develops the software and infrastructure that underpin spacecraft timing, astrodynamics, orbit determination, and navigation workflows for both flight and ground systems.
Role Overview
The Astrodynamics Navigation Engineer will help establish the framework for state estimation, trajectory propagation, maneuver planning, and operational decisions that support navigation across Logos Space's flight and ground operations. This work is central to the successful operation of the pLEO satellite constellation.
What You Will Do
- Design, implement, and validate core astrodynamics software for flight and ground systems
- Develop shared tools and infrastructure that support analytics, validation, and operational workflows
- Contribute to or own components such as time systems, reference frames, force modeling, numerical propagation, event detection, maneuver modeling, ephemeris generation, and validation infrastructure, depending on experience
- Work with cross-functional teams to turn incomplete specifications into reliable software solutions
