As the Associate Vice President of Value Management at RAK Bank, you will spearhead initiatives that drive measurable commercial outcomes across both campaign and non-campaign activities. Your role will integrate strategic foresight, analytical prowess, and executional excellence to identify, prioritize, and implement projects aimed at enhancing customer value, optimizing marketing investments, and elevating overall business profitability.
- Value & Performance Optimization:
- Develop and implement a robust value creation framework to evaluate the impact of various initiatives on the scorecard.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to pinpoint opportunities for revenue growth, cost efficiency, customer experience enhancement, and regulatory adherence.
- Assist in constructing business cases for investments in customer propositions, digital initiatives, and marketing programs, ensuring alignment with measurable KPIs.
- Monitor performance against budget through structured review methodologies.
- Identify commercial impact levers beyond traditional marketing campaigns.
- Lead pilot programs to test innovative propositions and channel engagement strategies.
- Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to operationalize value creation initiatives.
- Campaign Strategy & Performance:
- Translate strategic goals into actionable campaign plans that yield measurable results.
- Establish and communicate success metrics, A/B testing frameworks, and post-campaign evaluation processes.
- Conduct commercial reviews of marketing and engagement activities to discover incremental value and refine future spending.
- Collaborate with cross-channel teams to enhance conversion rates and minimize acquisition and servicing costs.
- Strategic Responsibilities:
- Act as an analytics partner to business leaders regarding commercial strategy and performance management.
- Foster a culture of accountability for value by embedding commercial thinking throughout the organization.
