Key Responsibilities:
Anticipate program challenges or opportunities, analyze issues with all relevant resources, and devise the best strategies to address challenges or leverage opportunities.
Oversee complex and sensitive projects across multiple geographic locations, often requiring collaboration among several team members due to the project’s size or complexity.
Act independently or lead a team representing the organization with consulting firms, ensuring the final project deliverables align with initial scope and budget requirements.
Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including schedules, milestones, resource allocation, and budget projections.
Guide cross-functional teams and coordinate interdepartmental activities to achieve program goals.
Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and executive leadership.
Implement and supervise risk management strategies to identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential program risks.
Prepare and present regular program status updates to executive management and stakeholders.
Mentor and develop junior program managers and team members to strengthen organizational capabilities.
Lead initiatives aimed at continuous improvement to enhance program management processes and practices.
Ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory standards and company policies during program execution.
Negotiate and manage intricate contracts with vendors and partners to support program objectives.
Facilitate change management efforts to ensure successful program implementation and acceptance.
