Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Treasury Professional - CTP) is advantageous. Experience: 5-10 years of experience in the corporate credit card sector, emphasizing cash management sales within a bank or financial institution. Previous experience in the UAE or GCC markets is preferred. Industry Exposure: Banking or Financial Services. Key Skills:Proficient sales and negotiation skills with a solid history of achieving or surpassing targets. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Capacity to foster and sustain relationships at senior organizational levels. Analytical mindset with the capability to evaluate client needs and propose customized solutions.

About the job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture robust relationships with wholesale and business clients, serving as a trusted consultant for cash management solutions.
  • Drive sales growth and revenue enhancement through effective cross-selling, up-selling, and delivering customized proposals that align with client needs.
  • Analyze client business models to uncover opportunities for operational efficiencies utilizing corporate card and cash management products.
  • Offer expert insights on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes within the UAE and GCC region.
  • Collaborate with product development, operations, IT, and compliance teams to create and implement tailored, compliant solutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analyses to strategically position offerings and suggest product enhancements.
  • Oversee operational, credit, and compliance risks tied to cash management products, ensuring strict adherence to internal policies.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement, rapid issue resolution, and robust platform support.
  • Meet and exceed division-specific sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Monitor performance metrics and keep abreast of industry best practices to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
