Your Role

As an Associate UX/UI Designer in our Graduate Program, you will immerse yourself in our design thinking process, contributing to the development of groundbreaking mobile, tablet, and web applications. You will serve as a vital link between design, business strategy, and technology, delivering world-class digital experiences for distinguished companies and international brands. Our comprehensive graduate program features an engaging training and onboarding experience during the first three months of your journey with us.

This cohort kicks off on July 7, 2026.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with design leads to craft engaging interactive experiences
  • Conduct user research to inform information architecture, user goals, journey maps, and design wireframes and visual interfaces
  • Partner with developers to ensure flawless execution across all project deliverables
  • Work alongside strategy consultants to gain insights into clients’ business goals and project objectives
  • Gain proficiency in the end-to-end process of project delivery and the design tools involved
