The Associate Solutions Engineer will play a vital role in designing, developing, and implementing service and solution offerings across various IT domains within the organization's business services.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, analytical thinker who excels in both technical and business environments. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to learn from seasoned professionals while actively contributing to real-world projects.

In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including internal teams and external clients, partners, and vendors, to co-create market-relevant solutions. Responsibilities may also extend to pre-sales support and initiatives aimed at driving operational excellence.

Technical Support & Solution Assistance

  • Assist in designing and implementing service solution models under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Support the development of solution components by engaging in conceptualization, implementation, testing, and documentation.
  • Help translate business requirements into technical specifications with supervision.

 

Partner Coordination Support

  • Maintain communication records with technology partners and vendors.
  • Participate in identifying and evaluating solution providers and partners to enhance service solution development.
  • Assist in organizing workshops and meetings with relevant stakeholders.

 

Pre-Sales & Consultation Support

  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to gather technical requirements.
  • Contribute to the preparation of solution presentations, proposals, and related materials.

Project Coordination & Delivery Support

  • Track project milestones and deliverables, assisting in the coordination of tasks across teams.
  • Support the creation and development of project documentation.
  • Ensure documentation aligns with project deliverables and goals.
  • Facilitate the transition from design to implementation by coordinating with customer success, service delivery, and project teams.

 

Learning & Innovation

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends through events, training, and research.
  • Propose enhancements for existing solutions based on insights and observations.
  • Participate in internal innovation initiatives and brainstorming sessions.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and contribute to the development and implementation of high-quality service standards.
  • Learn from senior technical leaders through mentorship and shadowing.
  • Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster a collaborative environment.
