Technical Support & Solution Assistance
- Assist in designing and implementing service solution models under the guidance of senior team members.
- Support the development of solution components by engaging in conceptualization, implementation, testing, and documentation.
- Help translate business requirements into technical specifications with supervision.
Partner Coordination Support
- Maintain communication records with technology partners and vendors.
- Participate in identifying and evaluating solution providers and partners to enhance service solution development.
- Assist in organizing workshops and meetings with relevant stakeholders.
Pre-Sales & Consultation Support
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to gather technical requirements.
- Contribute to the preparation of solution presentations, proposals, and related materials.
Project Coordination & Delivery Support
- Track project milestones and deliverables, assisting in the coordination of tasks across teams.
- Support the creation and development of project documentation.
- Ensure documentation aligns with project deliverables and goals.
- Facilitate the transition from design to implementation by coordinating with customer success, service delivery, and project teams.
Learning & Innovation
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends through events, training, and research.
- Propose enhancements for existing solutions based on insights and observations.
- Participate in internal innovation initiatives and brainstorming sessions.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and contribute to the development and implementation of high-quality service standards.
- Learn from senior technical leaders through mentorship and shadowing.
- Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster a collaborative environment.
