Role Overview: Associate Project Manager – Substations

Location: Syracuse, NY (Various locations possible)

The substation group at Michels Power, Inc. builds and maintains the backbone of the nation’s grid. Projects span both new (greenfield) and existing (brownfield) sites, always focused on delivering reliable, future-ready infrastructure.

As an Associate Project Manager – Substations, the work centers on supporting project execution from planning through completion. This includes organizing project activities, applying core project management principles, and collaborating closely with project teams and the Project Manager. The goal: keep project scope, schedules, and budgets on track while building hands-on experience in substation operations.
