Key Responsibilities
Refine our core messaging for key buyers and segments, transforming strategic insights into concise narratives that equip sales and marketing with effective tools for generating leads and closing deals.
Manage content and campaigns from ideation to execution, focusing on generating assets that drive leads from initial contact to closing, while iterating rapidly based on feedback.
Lead messaging and content initiatives for our SMB go-to-market strategy, conducting experiments to discover what resonates, and iterating swiftly to promote self-serve discovery while minimizing reliance on high-touch sales cycles.
Ensure consistent communication of product updates and releases to keep prospects and customers informed, highlight value, and alleviate the team's reactive workload.
Collaborate across departments to transform customer challenges into seamless solutions, committing to continuous improvement rather than waiting for perfection.
Develop content for feature adoption, upselling strategies, and customer education that supports ongoing engagement and success.
