Join our exclusive Associate Private Banker program - a 2-year fixed-term contract designed to fast-track your career towards becoming a Private Banker.

Location: London

This program not only provides you with the opportunity to earn your IAD, CeMAP, and PCIAM qualifications but also immerses you in the dynamic environment of Weatherbys Private Bank. You will actively support our experienced Private Bankers in client-facing roles and contribute to new business initiatives across various banking lines.

Early registration is now open for our assessment taking place in August 2026 due to overwhelming interest.

Your responsibilities as an Associate Private Banker will include:

  • Building and nurturing new client relationships within Private Banking.
  • Engaging with professional intermediaries to enhance business opportunities.
  • Participating in customer meetings and documenting key insights as needed.
  • Preparing credit applications and investment proposals.
  • Driving new business across diverse product lines offered by the Private Bank.
  • Leading and executing innovative Business Development initiatives.
  • Completing regulatory qualifications (CeMAP, IAD, PCIAM).
  • Providing insightful advice and information to clients and stakeholders (upon qualification).
  • Assisting Private Bankers in client portfolio management and business target achievements.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and intermediaries regarding our offerings.
  • Ensuring prompt and accurate execution of client instructions.
  • Acquiring essential technical skills related to private banking from a risk management perspective.
