As the Associate Practice Area Director, you will be responsible for building a strong team, coordinating the execution of all life science activities in your region, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your focus will be on generating new revenue and enhancing existing revenue streams within the Healthcare Market. You will maintain an outward focus on developing and nurturing your network of prospective clients and business partners, including architects, PM/CM firms, and key general contractors. Your role includes tracking leads for major pursuits, forecasting a pipeline of projects, and crafting winning strategies and teams. Additional responsibilities include:Directly generating new revenue and expanding existing revenue streams within the Healthcare Market. Actively engaging in networking and relationship-building with prospective clients and business partners. Tracking leads for significant projects and assisting the Geo Director with forecasting and strategic planning.

As a senior member of our team, you will take charge of driving efforts to pursue, secure, and execute healthcare-related projects. You will oversee our regional healthcare team, manage business plan development, target pursuits, and execute a diverse range of life science projects, organizational structures, and processes. This role will report directly to the Managing Director of the Boston office while maintaining a dotted line to the National Practice Area Leadership of the firm.
