As the Associate Practice Area Director, you will be responsible for expanding an existing staff, coordinating all healthcare initiatives in your region, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your goal will be to generate new revenue streams and enhance existing ones within the Healthcare Market Focus. You will remain focused on nurturing and expanding your network of prospective clients and business partners, which includes owners, architects, PM/CM firms, and key general contractors. You will track leads for major pursuits, forecast a project pipeline, and develop effective strategies and teams. Additional responsibilities include: Staying updated on the regional and national market trends, ensuring that key team members are at the forefront of technical advancements in this practice area. Building a robust network within the healthcare community.

This role offers the exciting potential to lead our healthcare design practice in Los Angeles, CA; San Diego, CA; or San Francisco, CA. As the Associate Practice Area Director, you will spearhead the pursuit, winning, and execution of healthcare projects, including but not limited to inpatient hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, behavioral health facilities, and medical office buildings. You will provide managerial oversight to our regional healthcare team, steering the development of business strategies and executing various projects, organizational structures, and processes. This role will report directly to the regional and practice area leadership within our firm.
