As an Associate at Altisource, you will play a pivotal role in our operations by engaging with lenders, contractors, and field inspectors through email to gather necessary documents and information. You will collaborate with onshore stakeholders via email and phone, ensuring seamless communication and workflow.
Your responsibilities will include scheduling and expediting site inspections across the United States, organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet strict deadlines, and maintaining effective communication with external parties. You will also be tasked with updating our system with the information obtained from lenders, contractors, and inspectors, and ensuring that client communications are clear and professional.
Adhering to our schedules and achieving a quality score of 98.5% or above will be essential to your success in this role.
