Position Overview: Associate Manager, Paid Social Media

The Associate Manager, Paid Social Media is integral to developing and executing impactful paid social media campaigns for diverse clients. This role involves close collaboration with the Senior Manager, assisting in strategic planning, campaign management, and team leadership. A strong understanding of paid social platforms, audience targeting, and analytics is essential for contributing to the Paid Media team’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive paid social strategies aligned with client objectives, budgets, and KPIs.
2. Manage execution of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, including ad creation, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
3. Monitor campaign performance actively, implementing data-driven optimizations and troubleshooting any issues.
4. Engage in client and internal meetings, presenting campaign plans, results, and recommendations with clarity and professionalism.
5. Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and training as needed.
6. Assist the Senior Manager in managing team workloads and resource distribution.
7. Analyze campaign data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
8. Prepare insightful reports for clients and internal teams.
9. Stay informed about the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
10. Conduct A/B testing and optimization to enhance campaign performance.
