Role Overview
The Associate Manager, Menu Design & Development leads a team focused on building and configuring client menus in the SpotOn Restaurant POS system. This role is based in Mexico City.
Responsibilities include supervising daily team operations, ensuring that menu setups are accurate and delivered on time, and maintaining quality standards. The Associate Manager supports team members through coaching, acts as the main escalation point, and drives process improvements. Collaboration with the Manager of Menu Design & Development is essential to support smooth client onboarding and successful POS deployments.
What You Will Do
- Oversee a team of specialists responsible for creating and configuring restaurant menus in the POS platform.
- Ensure menu builds meet quality, accuracy, and timeliness standards.
- Coach and support team members, providing guidance and feedback.
- Act as the primary escalation point for menu-related issues and questions.
- Lead quality assurance efforts and identify ways to improve workflows.
- Work closely with the Manager of Menu Design & Development to optimize onboarding and POS deployment processes.
- Help drive team performance and align daily work with company goals.
