As an Associate in the Granite division at Altisource, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating effective communication with lenders, contractors, and field inspectors via email to gather essential documents and information. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with onshore stakeholders through email and phone interactions, scheduling and expediting site inspections across the United States, and ensuring timely organization and prioritization of tasks to meet strict deadlines. In this role, you will be instrumental in obtaining outstanding documents and updating our systems with accurate information provided by our external partners. Additionally, you will maintain regular communication with clients through email, adhere to established schedules, and strive to achieve a quality score of 98.5% or higher.
