Experience with ad verification platforms such as IAS, DoubleVerify, MOAT. Technical competence in tags, pixels, tracking, and troubleshooting. Experience in managing PMP and PG deals across platforms. Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics, MMPs). Curiosity-driven innovator focused on emerging channels.

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Associate Director – Programmatic to spearhead the strategic planning, performance evaluation, and innovative initiatives within our programmatic advertising segment. This position requires a profound understanding of programmatic ecosystems, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to convert complex data into impactful business strategies.

Who You Are
You have 8–12 years of progressive experience in programmatic strategy, planning, and campaign execution.

You possess in-depth knowledge of programmatic buying models (Real-Time Bidding, Private Marketplace, Programmatic Guaranteed), along with advanced optimization techniques, audience segmentation strategies, and key performance indicator frameworks.

You have hands-on expertise with leading Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) including DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon DSP, with additional experience in other biddable platforms being advantageous.

You have a robust understanding of various advertising channels such as Display, Native, Video, YouTube, Connected TV, Audio, and Digital Out-Of-Home, as well as familiarity with all major ad formats.

You have solid experience with ad verification and brand safety platforms like IAS, DoubleVerify, and MOAT.

You demonstrate strong technical skills with tags, pixels, tracking, macros, and troubleshooting.

You have a proven track record in establishing and managing Private Marketplace and Programmatic Guaranteed deals across various platforms.

You are familiar with analytics tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, and Mobile Measurement Partners (AppsFlyer, Kochava, Adjust), among others.

You are an innovative thinker, constantly exploring emerging channels (retail media, streaming platforms, identity solutions) while staying ahead of industry trends.
