Key Responsibilities

Drive innovative marketing strategies across a variety of channels for prominent NGOs, charities, and brands. As an Associate Director within the Paid Media Team, you will manage the implementation of digital advertising campaigns for a diverse clientele, including leading UK and global charities, UN organizations, and major brands with their CSR initiatives.

Your expertise will focus on achieving exceptional performance metrics for clients while considering the overall brand strategy and its implications for marketing budgets and long-term growth. As a senior member of our media practice in London, you will collaborate closely with the Media Director to refine processes and innovate our channel strategies to maximize results.

This role is ideal for individuals who are strategic, creative, and analytical. You should be comfortable transitioning from client presentations to crafting detailed analyses of campaign performance, as well as actively launching advertising campaigns on new platforms. If terms like CPA, DSP, VTR, and ROAS are part of your everyday vernacular, you will excel in this position and be able to communicate their significance to clients and colleagues.
