As an Associate Director, your responsibilities will include: Overseeing and expanding our current staff, coordinating healthcare activities, and ensuring client satisfaction. Generating new revenue and enhancing existing revenue streams within the healthcare market. Maintaining an external focus to develop and deepen relationships with prospective clients and partners, including owners, architects, PM/CM firms, and key general contractors. Tracking leads for significant pursuits, forecasting project pipelines, and crafting winning strategies. Staying informed on market trends regionally and nationally, providing technical guidance to team members.

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented leader to collaborate with our national life sciences and healthcare teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to advance within our well-regarded practice area across our Northeast and West region offices, with positioning at our headquarters in New York City, New York.

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the pursuit, execution, and management of healthcare projects, including inpatient hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, behavioral health facilities, and medical office buildings. You will lead our regional life sciences team, focusing on business development, strategic pursuits, and the execution of various life science projects. This position reports directly to the Region Leader of the firm.
