Required Skills and Experience Proficient in Tableau or other dashboard and data visualization tools. Strong understanding of digital marketing technologies, including ad servers and site-traffic analytics. Ability to articulate a clear perspective on the paid media landscape and how different channels can effectively convey a data-driven narrative. Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences. Desired Skills and Experience Familiarity with Python, R, SQL, or other advanced analytics software is a plus. Proven ability to drive business initiatives proactively without relying solely on direction. Experience with industry tools such as Simmons, MRI, IRI, Nielsen, Kantar, ComScore, and website analytics platforms like Omniture and Web Trends is advantageous. Strong delegation and oversight skills for direct reports.

We are seeking a talented Associate Director of Growth Analytics to serve as the primary analytics point of contact for a major healthcare client. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, scaling, and enhancing a comprehensive approach to campaign execution and performance measurement across all channels. You will guide your team in managing all deliverables for the client, ensuring impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement client-specific measurement plans tailored to their unique needs.
  • Oversee the daily analytics requirements and workflow management for the client.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to the client, supported by your team, focusing on actionable insights.
  • Keep the client informed about the latest measurement methodologies, including digital optimization and cross-channel attribution.
  • Mentor junior team members in crafting compelling narratives that deliver deep insights.
  • Collaborate proactively with internal teams across various initiatives to promote a data-driven approach in Strategy, Communications Design, and Partnerships.
  • Work closely with Client Advice & Management to identify ways to better support client objectives.
