Position Overview

The Associate Director of Business Development plays a crucial role in bolstering our daily new business initiatives. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, this role is essential for organizing, advancing, and strategically positioning opportunities, while enhancing the quality and consistency of our pitch materials, sales narratives, and internal processes.

This hands-on position merges pipeline management, pitch execution, sales enablement, and systematized operational thinking. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strong organizational instincts, and the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, persuasive narratives that help convert high-value opportunities into successful client partnerships.

A collaborative spirit is vital, as this role involves working with teams across Strategy, Media, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to support the frameworks and storytelling that drive Noble's growth and ensure a seamless transition from pitch to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Pipeline and Opportunity Oversight

  • Manage and oversee daily sales activities aligned with new business priorities.
  • Track, report, and document pipeline activities across active opportunities.
  • Assist in qualifying inbound and outbound opportunities to ensure alignment and completeness.
  • Prepare clear briefs for all deals and ensure critical information is shared at every stage of the sales journey.
  • Identify and communicate risks, gaps, and opportunities requiring senior management attention.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene and reporting visibility using tools like Pipedrive, Slack, and regular status updates.
  • Provide insights and propose process improvements to enhance win rates and reduce inefficiencies.

Pitch and Proposal Management

  • Lead or assist in developing pitches, managing timelines, deliverables, internal coordination, and final presentations.
