About the job

The Associate Director, Elective Curriculum Program, MBA, plays a central role in shaping the elective curriculum experience for Harvard MBA students. This position works in close partnership with faculty and administrators to design and deliver a curriculum that reflects the needs and interests of a diverse student body.

What you will do

  • Work with faculty and administration to develop and implement elective courses for the MBA program
  • Support initiatives that ensure the curriculum serves students from varied backgrounds and perspectives
  • Offer strategic input to guide ongoing curriculum planning and improvements
