Position Summary
We are seeking dynamic and top-tier talent to join our expanding Commerce team as an Associate Director. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team in the development, execution, and measurement of media plans for assigned shopper/commerce media clients. You will collaborate closely with the Director on both strategic and tactical advancements of each retail plan, working alongside national Planning and Buying teams to ensure a cohesive Commerce media function.
The Commerce team specializes in the planning, buying, execution, and assessment of Commerce media, which includes retailer-focused elements such as in-store signage, digital ads on platforms like Amazon and Kroger.com, and partnerships with influencers and shoppable technology companies. Our ultimate goal is to support clients' commerce, shopper, and customer marketing teams, measuring product sales both online and in-store.
