Digital Program Execution:Implement digital programs across Organic Social, Influencer campaigns, and eCRM. Draft and manage briefs, oversee asset delivery, approvals, and quality assurance for digital campaigns/channels. Review and approve content, develop content calendars, manage timelines with agencies, and facilitate feedback loops. Coordinate cross-functional reviews to ensure compliance and consistency. Oversee the management of sweepstakes on digital platforms, including rule coordination and prize distribution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive consumer experience across channels. Social Media Management (Organic + Influencer):Assist in strategic planning and execution of organic social media strategies and influencer campaigns. Act as the primary contact for agency partners on a daily basis. Implement content calendars and manage influencer activations. Capture and edit simple content as needed. Engage in community management and direct user engagement on social media platforms (Meta, X, YouTube), requiring occasional out-of-hours communication to uphold the brand voice. Manage sweepstakes and influencer kit logistics. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement optimizations. Stay updated on social media and influencer trends.eCRM:Support acquisition and engagement strategies. Serve as the primary contact for the email agency. Oversee content creation and ensure alignment with brand tone of voice. Manage sweepstakes and influencer kit logistics. Track email performance trends.eCommerce (Apparel + DTC):Support eCommerce acquisition and conversion efforts. Stay updated on eCommerce trends and make necessary updates.

About the job

Mast-Jägermeister US is on the lookout for a passionate Associate Digital Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in executing dynamic marketing initiatives across various digital platforms, including Social Media, eCRM, and eCommerce. Reporting directly to the Director of Digital, you will be instrumental in refining and enhancing our existing marketing strategy, with an emphasis on boosting customer acquisition, engagement, personalization, and conversion rates.

 

The ideal candidate is well-versed in implementing digital marketing programs for recognized brands or has experience at a digital/social agency with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) clients. You are socially savvy and keep abreast of the latest trends in social media, influencer marketing, and content creation. Your passion for digital marketing spans across social, eCRM, and eCommerce, complemented by a proven track record of performance. As a self-motivated and entrepreneurial individual, you adapt easily and thrive in an innovative digital landscape.
